Dear Dan,

The following is a quote for work performed that’s outside of what’s being done for “Fatally Flawed”

Some background:

We have been shooting events here in Pima County and they are happening at a very rapid pace. Once shot, the footage (Brakey’s arrest, missing hard drives) is rapidly edited, compressed and uploaded to help get an accurate accounting of these events out front as soon as possible. Some of this footage may be included for up-to-date findings in the movie “Fatally Flawed”, but most of it will be used to challenge false claims made by the offending party or the mainstream press.

This additional work wasn’t anticipated, but has provided a valuable reference for those concerned with the current progress of the election integrity movement in this area. The need for this type of work is expected to increase within the next two months.

Here is a proposed way to quantify and compensate for this additional work:

First, pay an initial retainer that covers additional work already done and whatever takes place in addition to Fatally Flawed until two weeks into October.

First, pay an initial retainer: $2000.00

[This covers the additional work already done and whatever takes place in addition to Fatally Flawed until two weeks into October.]

Second, on 10/15 make an assessment of work done and decide whether to continue, ¬¬reduce or increase this pay schedule. This seems to be the best way to help keep our efforts and resources focused where they need to be.

If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to contact me.

Best Regards,
