TAKE  ACTION

• ?.When you are at your polling site, observe all activities going on.  If you see something you feel is questionable, report it to 1-866-OUR-VOTE. 

• ?.On Election Night, observe and video the Counting process.  For a short video of instructions, go to http://www.blackboxvoting.org/video.html#protect-the-count-1 

• ?.Work at the local level. Attend County Commissioners or Election Board meetings where you live. They are the people who usually hold the purse strings and fund elections in your jurisdiction. Educate them about the dangers of electronic voting. 

• ?.Ask to be on the Election Observation Panel. If there is none, ask that one be created. 

• ?.Become a pollworker and observe from the inside. 

• ?.Let elections officials know that you are willing to hand-count votes on Election Night.  Sign up at http://ElectionDefenseAlliance.org/count/signup.php 

• ?.Call or write your Congressperson and tell them we must get rid of all electronic election equipment, including optical scanners.  Tell them we can begin the transition by hand-counting the Federal races.
