Commissioners will also discuss election management guidelines and the election data survey.

VoterGA Filing Motion This Week to Ban Current Voting Machines

WHO:
Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia, VoterGA, is a diverse, non-partisan coalition of Georgia voters and organizations who filed a voting rights lawsuit against the current method of electronic voting in Georgia

WHAT:
VoterGA plaintiffs will explain the motion for summary judgment that is being filed this week in conjunction with their lawsuit. The motion will seek to ban Georgia’s current voting equipment. Copies of the motion will be available and the plaintiffs will discuss the details and related evidence indicating illegal acquisition, improper certification and unconstitutional usage of the voting equipment.
