The Rules Committee of the US Senate will reportedly be conducting a hearing on S.1487 on July 25. Recommended Action: Please contact both US Senators from your state (link provided below), and ask them to read this analysis of S1487, and to work to improve the bill -- or if amendments fail, to withdraw support and vote it down. I hope that all activists can agree that this bill is the wrong way to election reform.
