In this 2008 presidential election year, EDA has invested more than 90 percent of donations received in the major expense of conducting exit polls and voter telephone surveys on election day. We operate primarily on volunteer labor and have a very low overhead, but very few funds remain after paying for the expensive polling operations. There are many post-election investigations and possible legal actions and publicity expenses for which we ask your financial assistance so we can continue pushing for electoral reform not just during election season, but all the time. EDA is a sponsored project of International Humanities Center, a 501 c3 organization, so your EDA donations Please consider setting up a monthly sustaining donation in any amount that you can comfortably afford ($5, $10, $20 per month, etc.) and receive EDA message media (buttons, stickers, books, DVDs) as our thank-you for your support.
